During this webinar presenters will be exploring issues that may arise with derivatives in the U and VAWA context, including: Proving the relationship, requesting humanitarian parole, consular processing, difficult inadmissibility and I-929 issues, what to do after the derivative has entered, and ethical considerations of working with principals and derivatives.
